Hello!
At me it is impossible to connect Compact and MSD MC.

On the computer with MSD the network condition shows that packets go, but aren't accepted

on PC with MSD MC - settings:
2.101.5.17
255.0.0.0

This shoudl work fine, make sure you select Martin Console has DMX connection on the lower right if the MSD screen.
The DMX light should be green.

If you get a green light in the MSD MC, then it should work.

Maksure the Artnet settings is set to Broadcast mode.
You can try to toggle between Broadcast to Unicast and back to Broadcast mode just to be sure.

Hi Artem,
if you own an 'old' Maxxyz Compact console, it could be that the license for the MSD MC is missing. You can check this yourself:
- Start the console;
- Go to Menu - System - About
- In the top right button: click "License Info"

In the CodeMeter WebAdmin window, it is now possible to see if there is an MSD5 MC Edition license on the dongle.
If it shows a section with manufacturer ID 100892 Lighhouse Holland and a Product Name Martin ShowDesigner MC, then you are fine.
If not, the best thing to do is send a mail to sales@lighthouse.nl for the instructions to get the license on your Maxxyz Compact dongle.

It is fairly simple to do, but not so easy to explain here on the forum. And Lighthouse is very helpfull to get it working.

Succes!
Kindest regards,
