HI,

Just got myself a new programming wing to use with MPC. Was wondering if the track ball will operate the pointer on my PC instead of having to use the mouse. Have plugged it all and so far nothing hit pan and tilt button and that works fine. Just wondering if I missed something.

Running 2.80.374
XP Pro

Regards

Steve

Hi Steve,

Great tool you added to your MPC.
The wing only works while the MPC software is running.
It doesn't use a general Mouse driver to make the trackerball to work.

You can switch between Mouse mode & P/T mode with the Mode button just above the trackball.

Hi Marc,

Yes I am loving the programming wing. I use to use a gaming keyboard as my wing but I wouldn't go back now. Having the wing makes my offline programming so much faster. Will post some pic's of my offline setup later to busy with the show right now.

However the issue I am having is that the trackball is not acting like a mouse even with the software running. If I hit P and T button I can moves the lights round but going back nothing.

Is there somewhere I am meant to turn this on. I am going through my playback wing then looping out to my programming wing. Should I swap it around?

Regards

Steve
