Hi Guys,

My name is Kristian Binion and I am new to the forum, as we just purchased a used M2GO console recently for our youth room.

(Software version 3.22.458)

I started programing the other day and noticed that when I named the cues in the list, certain cues in the list would lose their naming information if I recorded another cue in the list. Or even if I selected another playback and returned, those certain cues would always lose the naming information.

The fixture information in the cue remained and functioned as normal, just the naming information would disappear and display the cue # in the naming area.

I tried turning off edit mode after editing, Rebooting, Copying Cues into another Cuelist, copying the cuelist in the directory, and starting new a cuelist from scratch.

Every time with the same results.

Has anybody ran into this problem before? could it be a setting or some way I'm programming that is causing the problem?

I haven't had the problem till just the other day and all the previously recorded cuelists are holding their naming information.

I aslo loaded the Show file on my PC and the problem does not occur on my PC.

Kristian B,

After pressing enter the programmer just shows the last command in grey.

Im going to try updating to the beta and see if that fixes it.

it seams really strange though that it wouldn't save the information
thats why I thought it was error on my end. and it may still be.

but just wanted to see if anyone else had seen the problem too.

Thanks for the suggestions!

I'm having the same problem with our M6. Not the cue list names, but the actual names and comments on the cues. It seems if I copy a cue from above, some of the information I just changed in the cue name or cue comment section are reverted to what they were previously. I think it is a bug in the software?
