I just received my new M2PC and I love it. Only problem is, the small internal touchscreen won't register a touch in M-PC
I ran the Console Tester and the touchscreen does register a touch. The actual display works fine, just the touch doesn't register in the software. I have checked to make sure the latest firmware is installed.
When I try to calibrate the touch screen in the System/Display settings, I get nothing when confirming I want to calibrate.
Have also tried on two different laptops, on both USB 2.0 and 3.0 and had the same problem on both computers.
Any suggestions? |

When you calibrate the small touch screen do you see the two arrows and the square in the center?
to calibrate you have to use a single finger and swipe arrow 1 and then arrow 2 and finally press the middle square.
At this point the calibration window goes away. |

At first, the calibration window never appeared. After you explained the procedure, I hit the button to calibrate, swiped up and down on the screen then touched the center. The screen actually started responding to touch, so I hit the Calibrate button again, and this time the calibration window appeared on the touchscreen and everything calibrated fine.
Not sure if this is a potential bug? |
