I am having an install issue unlike ones that I have seen on the forums and was wondering if anyone else has ran in to the same thing. I keep getting a 1720 error towards the end of the install when it is attempting to load the default show. Below is the error message as it shows up:

The message is below.


Error 1720. There is a problem with this windows installer package. A script required for this install to complete could not be run. Contact your support personnel or package vendor. Custom action LoadDefaultShowFile script error -2147259; line 42, column 3,

any ideas or help would be great! kinda in a time crunch.

Hey!

I've the same error message; using win10 en V3.50.641.0...
Does anybody have any idea how fixing this problem ?

Did you run the M-PC cleanup tool and follow the instructions with that for the update? I'm not sure if that's the same number I was getting at the last update but once I ran the cleanup tool it worked fine!

Yes, I do...And now, everything is in order, but I don't realy now what whas the real problem.

I am getting a "Error 1714" ran the M-PC clean up tool and and followed all of the instructions and nothing works, can you help
