This isn't the best way to get immediate help. We have a support hotline you can call.

I talked to Paul and purchased a power supply and motherboard. Replaced all items and problem still exists. I do not have international calling and no landline. Is there any person in the states I can talk to?? I want to be sure that I am installing all the parts correctly. Thanks for your assistance.

Thanks for the U.S. Support number and I got my console back up and running. the problem was something on my mother board. Once I replaced that and moved the old ram and cpu over to the new board everything fired back up.

I have had a similar issue with our M6. Problem turned out to be the bluetooth USB stick in the back of the console for a keyboard. Once the USB was removed, it worked fine- even after putting the USB back in once it started up.
