Hello Paul,

About your post about what touch screen to use (http://www.martin.com/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=19288), how about this ELO 1519L touch screen?: https://www.insight.com/search/ppp.web?materialId=E830343

I ask because the other 2 models you mention, they are only sold in white body color here in Japan and the ELO rep will refuse to import them in black even if requested. However, the 1519L is available in black.

Can you check the exact model on your 19" Elo...?
Because there are many variants of touch surfaces.

Would any of these new multi-touch monitors work? I assume that they wouldn't because the specs on most mention Windows 7 OS. Some of these new touch monitors don't appear to have drivers.

Hello

multitouch is supported only from Windows 7 On. We have XP Embedded running on the desks, these ones do not support the multitouch, and if, also the maxxyz software needs to support it. So I guess You will not be able to run these, except if they have a , let's call it, compatibility mode, where they can be operated as "old" ELO's.

I have hooked up my touchscreen and the video portion works but when i go to use the touch screen part the arrow is tracking on the primary screen. The touch part works on the second screen but your activating what ever its on , on the primary screen. I need the touch screen to be responsive on the 2nd screen. The monitor and touch screen work fine on the desk top and lap top. Ideas?

Runt the touchscreen calibration from ELO.
Is this an ELO screen?

Sorry that screen is currently not supported, we only have ELO drivers in the system.
We are working on a new OS that will support the Acer (and others like HP) based touch screens.

This is the same display as the Compaq L2105tm. We will support it with the new OS. I have it standing on my desk actually, its quite a nice screen.
