Full size Maxxyz... v371
Just today for some reason my 4 attribute track belts started to not work properly. I just installed 373 yeaterday and thought maybe it was something with that, so i went back to 371 and they still are not working properly. When i put the console into console tester mode, they work just fine. not problems. LEDs light up and eveything. But when i select a fixture and try to adjust values using the belt, it either only moves 1 or two percent or not at all. If i use the touch screen to get the attribute to do what i want, the LED's in the track belt do not light up at all at any value. Ideas?

Do you have a remote access point connected to the desk?

Looks like bad communication between the two motherboards inside. There are two crossover cables connecting the boards to each other. Give them a replug.

Will do first thing in the morning. I did crack the cover open and check everything on the underside of the belt.
