need some help because we can't find the solution even after doing a search here on the forum. Maybe we missed the obvious but let's present the problem.
computer with win7 and M-Pc soft. 3.20.450 uac & firewall off doesn't recognize the connected usb duo dmx box.
tried all possible things we could think off; even a complete software reinstall.
after several trials M-Pc now sees a usb duo dmx box (menu-system-dmx settings-usb2dmx) but nothing shows up in routing and the box next to the command line reads 'Free'.

I am having the same problem.
Running Windows 7 on an Acer Touchscreen PC with USB DUO.
I upgraded from 3.0.440 to 3.20.450 and also updated the fixture library. The USB DUO seems to be found ok when I look in the menu.
Nothing seems to be running. For instance, selecting a cuelist and hitting 'Go' does nothing. If I select a fixture and change the intensity it shows in the programmer but not in the output.
As with the above post, I see 'Free' in the box next to the command line.

Any advice gratefully received as I need to be running again by the weekend.

Thanks for the responses. The USB tool does find the DUO DMX interface.
I am only running two universes just as I was before the upgrade. I have been running like this for 18 months over all versions.

Great service from Matthias.

I have had the user fixture for a long time so I did not even consider something like this.

Thanks
