Hiya

Is there a document floating around somewhere that discusses the M6 T Bar and its abilities / options for programming as well as a document which discusses the new hardware functions for the console.

I am wondering if i can program color pallets into the Bar, and full looks into the bar as if it were a playback.
Are there more advanced functions?

Hello Sean,

Take a look at online manual (browse to the M-Series Components/M6):
http://www.martin.com/controllersupport/m-series/manual/index.html

In current implementation, the T-Bar and encoders can be assign with any features supported by the 4 belts (4 wheels on other consoles)

This means, any fixture attribute or FX/Fanning/Grouping/Rate attribute

A good use for the T-Bar can be done using it as an FX Speed/Swing control, or any console rate, such as Live Time

Thanks Offer, I did take a look at the manual and did a search for 'T-Bar', but came up with very little. Live time is a good one, are the programming parameters the same for the 'Fast Blend RGB Keys'?

Thank you for the heads up, that's fairly underwhelming considering their namesake, do you (or anyone of you lurkers) know of plans to expand the functionality of those buttons? they are in a prime place - would be neat to see them act similar to video switchers , where you could load a scene or an override into them then activate on the T-Bar. I'm sure you all get a ton of ideas on this stuff from end users, but this seams like a natural use for them.

Hey Sean,

I believe this is the idea behind the T-Bar section
What you currently see, is initial implementation of this module

I'm sure the ideas are floating, and it will be widely expended
