Hey everyone, not a huge deal but just wondering if anyone else is having this problem. Our M6 screens will slowly raise up over time or they will flop up right away when you move the desk. I think just the shock on the back is not working as good anymore. We've had the desk for about 1.5 years and have had no problems. I'm sure if I replace the shock it will be fine, just curious is someone else is experiencing this.

There is a brass nut on the back, I think you can adjust it slightly. Also make sure the screws on the eyelets on the top and bottom are secured well.

Hello Cole,

I've seen and reported this problem, on 2 of our M6 consoles

Martin Support ask us to simply tighten the 2 screws on each end of the tube, to increase the friction

This is a very simple mechanism, so nothing too complex with fixing it

We also noted, that when the desk is set in hotter environment (outdoors), it seems to also loosen the support tube screws
