I have a few shows in my M2Go that I use regularly (as I work in various clubs, so I keep a saved show on the desk). I also save them to a thumb drive.

Every few uses, the M2Go will tell me my showfiles are corrupt, and it says to contact my dealer (which I've done). I'm wanting to see if anyone else has this issue? There is no shutdown procedure (other than wait for the gear to stop spinning), then simply shut down the console. Is this a culprit? My second guess would be a bad SSD.

Any assistance in figuring this out would be appreciative.

You can start by letting us know what software version are you using and in which version the show files were created.

Does this happen if you create a completely new showfile from scratch?
Are you using custom-made fixture profiles?

This has happened a couple of times on our Maxxyz Compact. You might just need to wait a little longer after the gear stops spinning to make sure the read/write process has completed. That seems to have worked for us. I'm not a fan of the shut down process being "turn off power switch", especially right after a save operation.
